المملكة: The Ministry of Interior enhances security and confidence with distinguished services and reduces crime rates

The Ministry of Interior achieved distinguished results in its strategic indicators for the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 within the Quality of Life Program, as levels of confidence in security services increased, with the “Level of Confidence in Security Services” indicator achieving an actual value of 99.77% in 2023, exceeding the 2030 target by 111%.
While intentional homicide rates decreased, the “intentional homicide rate per 100,000 population” indicator achieved an actual rate of 0.59, which exceeded the 2030 target by 119%.

Supporting the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques

These results come in light of the support that the Ministry of Interior enjoys from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – may God protect them.

The Ministry of the Interior and its sectors have witnessed development in its security and humanitarian work system at all levels, and the provision of high-quality services to citizens, residents and visitors, thereby continuing to enhance security in society and for everyone residing in the Kingdom, and achieving a comprehensive national security renaissance, through the initiatives of “leading police centers”, “Unified Security Operations Center “911,” “Unified Crime Classification,” “Security Equipment,” and “Developing a Security Platform.”
