Depositing one billion riyals into the accounts of “Sakani” beneficiaries for the month of December

Today, the Real Estate Development Fund deposited one billion and 11 million riyals into the accounts of the beneficiaries of a program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Fund for the month of December 2024.
The CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, Mansour bin Madi, said that the total support for the month of December was allocated to support the profits of various program contracts.

Deposit of 11.9 billion riyals

He added that the total amount deposited during the period from January until the end of this month for the year 2024 amounted to about 11.9 billion riyals.
He said: “The diversity of housing support programs, including financing solutions and various benefits, aims to facilitate the journey of housing ownership.”
He pointed out that the continuity of monthly housing support comes as confirmation of supporting and improving the ability of beneficiaries to own housing in order to achieve the goals of the housing program.
It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support program services electronically through the Fund’s electronic portal, and has provided the “real estate advisor” service to enable beneficiaries to design their housing support and obtain the best financing and housing recommendations.
