“Voice Technology” redefines the heritage of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival

The King Abdulaziz Camel Festival in its ninth edition, which is held under the slogan “Glory to its people,” was brought back through the Heritage Authority’s corner and through a realistic experience that allows visitors to learn about the sounds of camels and their various connotations through smart devices developed by the Heritage Authority.
The unique experience sheds light on an important aspect of the life of camels, as visitors were introduced to four types of sounds that camels make and explain their conditions.

Most prominent voices

This includes the “buzzing” sound, which is issued when frightened and is characterized by its absence of foaming, and the “buzzing” sound, which combines longing and whining, and is issued by a camel when feeling afraid or sad. As for “al-raagha,” it is the general sound of camels and expresses fright or boredom, in While the roar is known as the roar that a stallion emits as it accelerates its walk.
The festival attracts thousands of visitors daily, confirming its status as an event that combines authenticity and innovation, providing an educational and entertaining experience for heritage lovers from inside and outside the Kingdom.
