المملكة: Save time and effort.. Passports launches 4 new services through “Absher”

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the Interior, the General Directorate of Passports launched today (4) new electronic services through the Ministry of Interior’s electronic services platform (Absher), within the tenth annual Absher Forum 2024.
The new services included (services for issuing and renewing the passport for foster family members, a service for amending the translated name for domestic workers, and a service for amending the translated name for family members of the resident).

Director General of Passports, Major General Saleh Al-Murabba’, confirmed that the services are part of the developmental steps for electronic transactions aimed at saving time and effort, shortening procedures, improving the quality of “passports” services, and providing smart solutions and digital transformation to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries.
