Dubai, December 27 / WAM / The Dubai Government Human Resources Department announced that Wednesday, January 1, 2025, is an official holiday for Dubai government departments on the occasion of New Year’s Day, with official working hours resuming on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
The circular issued by the department excluded agencies, departments and institutions that have employees working in shifts or whose jobs are related to serving the public or managing public service facilities, as those bodies decide the working hours for the excluded categories in a manner that is commensurate with their operational requirements and in a way that ensures the proper functioning of public service facilities on a regular basis.
