The Emirates Team is the champion of the Milan-San Remo cycling race

Pogacar won the title despite a fall in the last 6 km, but he quickly got up and overcame it.

With this achievement, Pogačar became the first cyclist to win four out of five major “Monument” races in cycling, bringing a total of 110 victories in his career.

Pogacar said after the conclusion of the race: “When I fell, I thought everything was over… Falling before the most important part of the race is not ideal, but fortunately I came back quickly and the damage was not significant.”

He added that the victory would not have been achieved without the great teamwork, pointing out the decisive role of his colleagues throughout the race, especially after the accident that almost ended hopes.
