ISESCO and the Moroccan Ministry of Culture issue “Show Me Your Smile” To combat bullying in schools

The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication of the Kingdom of Morocco, issued the comic strip “Show Me Your Smile,” as part of the activities of ICESCO’s “Enough Bullying.” ;

 

The program aims to raise awareness of the seriousness of the phenomenon of bullying in schools and its negative effects on students, and to discuss the best ways To confront and eliminate it.

This story, which was published in Arabic, English and French, is part of the educational tools included in the “Enough Bullying” program, as it serves as a guide in a creative literary form, designed to help children, teachers and supervisors. Educational schools and families are working to find practical and realistic solutions to reduce school bullying and correct the behavior of bullies.

It is noteworthy that the publication of the story came after organizing several competitive competitions to support and demonstrate capabilities. And the artistic creations of women and youth, where a competition was launched to choose the best dialogue story to confront school bullying, and the story “Show Me Your Smile” won. By the writer Hajra Mahmoud Al-Sawy Ahmed from Egypt, then a competition was launched to prepare drawings for the story, and it was won by the young artist Badr Rahawi from the Kingdom of Morocco.

Through this initiative, ISESCO aims to assist all elements of the educational process in an urgent, coordinated and effective response to stopping… Bullies, while strengthening children’s protection and resilience mechanisms for their well-being and mental health.
