3 people were killed as a result of a fire in a residential building in central Moscow

The Russian Emergencies Ministry stated in a statement today, that A fire broke out in a nine-story residential building in the center of Suppression operations 86 elements and 23 mechanisms.

The agency quoted "TASS" A source in the service said: "In a 14-storey building on Dmitry Ulyanov Street, a fire broke out in an apartment on the top floor. 3 people died as a result of the accident"4 other people were rescued.

While eyewitnesses said that they heard an explosion and saw a window fall from the apartment onto a passing bus.
