She explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry at this stage include parts of the following neighborhoods in Mecca: (Al-Safwah neighborhood, Dar Al-Salam neighborhood, Al-Nasim neighborhood, Al-Shamisi neighborhood, Al-Tarwiyah neighborhood, Al-Rashidiyah neighborhood, Al-Kawthar neighborhood, Taiba neighborhood, Ain Shams neighborhood, and Al-Hateem neighborhood. Al-Awali neighborhood.
The neighborhoods include: (Umrah District, Al-Shuhadaa District, Al-Kakiya District, Jabal Al-Nour District, Umrah District, Al-Jami’ah District, Al-Diyafa District, Uhud District, Al-Rashidiyah District, Al-Hamra District, Al-Furqan District, Al-Asaliyya District, Wadi Jalil District, Jaarana District, and Al-Safa District , Al-Ghazayat neighborhood, Al-Maqam neighborhood).
She indicated that the neighborhoods were selected according to specific criteria, and the remaining regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced successively during the coming periods.
Land registry
The General Real Estate Authority indicated that the first for real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform or through service centers.
It stated that in-kind registration requires the presence of a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process, and the authority called on property owners in the areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the property title deed and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration.

Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a “property number” and ownership registration instrument will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered.
The ownership registration instrument will include the property’s data, descriptions, condition, and subsequent rights and obligations linked to accurate geospatial information, which will contribute to strengthening the infrastructure of the real estate sector. The real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
