There are no conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed today, Monday, that conditions are not currently prepared to end the conflict in Ukraine or any of its stages, according to what the Russian Sputnik news agency reported.
In response to a question from Sputnik about whether the current conditions are ready to end the conflict in Ukraine or any of its stages, Peskov replied: “No.”

Refuse to negotiate

Earlier, Peskov stated, Kiev still refuses to negotiate with Moscow and Orbán’s (Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor) peace initiative has not changed the situation.
Peskov said, during an interview, commenting on Kiev’s rejection of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s peace proposal: “The situation here is not changing. The Kiev regime does not want negotiations and rejects them, and so far, it has not shown any desire to change this legal ban. Therefore, the situation is… Here is fixed.

Start negotiations

Earlier, British military analyst Alexander Mercuris stated that before starting negotiations on Ukraine, the West needs to properly assess the situation in the conflict zone.
Mercouris added, on his YouTube channel, that “any calculations and any assessment of the future of these negotiations will be very flawed without taking into account the fact that Russia actually won, and that Ukraine may only have a few months of resistance left.”
