CEO of Seef Properties wins the “Best Professional Personality of 2024” award

CEO of Seef Properties, Ahmed Yousef, won the “Best Professional Person of the Year 2024” award at the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers and Retailers (MECS+R) Awards for 2024, which was held at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh. The MECS+R Awards are the most prominent regional event to honor outstanding achievements in the retail and shopping malls sector, as it celebrates innovation, strategic excellence and the role of retail activities in creating impactful change at the level of various sectors.

The award received by Yousef came in recognition of his pioneering role and tireless efforts in leading Seef Properties Company over a fruitful period of remarkable growth and qualitative transformation, especially the development of “Al-Liwan”, a pioneering mixed-use project that combines residential, commercial and entertainment spaces. Under his leadership, the company has pursued a strategic direction focused on sustainability, while being keen to diversify its activities to enhance the Kingdom of Bahrain’s position as a prominent destination for upscale lifestyle experiences and high-level services. Ahmed Youssef was also recently honored and included in Forbes Middle East’s list of the most influential leaders in the real estate sector for the year 2024.
