Today, the General Authority for Statistics announced the results of the Services Statistics Bulletin 2023, and the results showed that the number of schools reached 31,231 schools, the number of Red Crescent centers reached 609, the number of civil defense centers reached 765 centers, and the number of mosques reached 74,482.
The results of the bulletin showed that the percentage of general education schools represented 78.1% with 24,384 schools, while the percentage of private education schools represented 21.9%, while the total number of hotels reached 1,161 hotels, and the number of travel and tourism agencies reached 983 agencies.
As for public libraries, their number reached 48, the total number of youth hostels reached 24, the number of cities and sports stadiums reached 22 cities in all regions and governorates of the Kingdom, and the total number of airports reached 29 airports, with a total number of flights exceeding 800,000 flights.

Municipal secretariats in Saudi Arabia

The results of the bulletin stated that the total number of municipal secretariats in the Kingdom reached 17 secretariats, the number of municipalities was 267 municipalities, and the total number of sub-municipalities reached 129 sub-municipalities distributed across all administrative regions.
While the number of branches of the General Authority for Endowments reached 4 branches. As for the branches of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, they reached 13 branches, supervising 108 sub-offices distributed throughout all regions of the Kingdom.
While the total number of industrial cities reached 36 industrial cities containing 3,819 producing factories, while the total number of civil status branches and offices reached 256 branches, with the operations carried out exceeding 4 million operations provided to beneficiaries.

Services statistics results

While the total number of commercial bank branches reached 1,901, the number of automated teller machines exceeded 15,000, and the number of chambers of commerce branches reached 98 across the regions and governorates of the Kingdom.
The results of services statistics 2023 revealed that social security offices reached 103 offices and branches, social development centers reached 40 centers, and labor offices reached 38 offices.
The number of branches and offices of the General Organization for Social Insurance reached 23 branches and offices, the number of branches of the Social Development Bank reached 24 branches, while the branches of the Agricultural Development Fund reached 61 branches distributed throughout the regions and governorates of the Kingdom.
