“Catreon” signs a contract with “Riyadh Air” worth 2.3 billion riyals

Caterion Catering Holding Company signed a strategic contract with the Aviation Services Company (operating under the name Riyadh Airlines).
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, under the contract, Catherine Catering Holding Company will provide Riyadh Airlines’ domestic and international flights with meals, drinks, and other support services.
The duration of the contract is (5) Gregorian years, and the estimated value of the contract is 2.3 billion riyals.
The company expects this contract to contribute positively to its financial results as of the end of the last quarter (Q4) of 2025.
The company will benefit greatly from the growing and anticipated growth in Riyadh Airlines’ fleet and flights and its guests, which will enhance the company’s business, increase its cash flows, and diversify its sources of income.
This contract comes within the efforts of Caterion Catering Holding Company to support the sustainability plans and principles that it is working on, and to activate its leadership role in the aviation industry and related services, and to enhance joint cooperation with Riyadh Airlines in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and in support of the efforts aimed at transforming the Kingdom into an aviation center. The contract includes supplying Caterion Catering Holding Company to Riyadh Airlines’ domestic and international flights with meals, beverages, and other support services.
