A tender from “Belaj Aljazair” for gardening and garden maintenance in “chalets”

Blaj Al-Jazair Real Estate Development Company submitted a tender through the official website of the Tenders and Auctions Council, to provide gardening services and maintenance of gardens and agricultural spaces in the Blaj Al-Jazair area for two years.
The work consists of gardening services and maintenance of gardens and agricultural spaces in the chalet area in Blaj Al-Jazair, and this includes providing professional workers in gardening and maintenance of green spaces.
In the tender document, the Algeria Plage Company set a number of conditions for bidders, including submitting a site visit announcement form for all properties listed in the statement of work, in addition to the bidder having experience in beachfront facilities and government projects.
The company stressed that the bidder must have experience in open spaces during the “past three years” and must have a license to practice gardening and landscaping.
In the tender document, the company set the value of the initial guarantee at 500 dinars, and the validity of 180 days, with the duration of the contract being two years, and January 26 was set as the closing date.
Regarding how to participate, the Tenders and Auctions Board explained that those who wish to participate in this tender, and who have the necessary qualifications, must purchase the tender documents electronically through the electronic bidding system of the Tenders and Auctions Board, as of yesterday, Wednesday. Bidders must also attach the guarantee amount. The initial guarantee or 1% of the bid value, whichever is less, and in all cases the value of the initial guarantee must not be less than 100 dinars. (Except for tenders on two envelopes) in which the initial guarantee amount is attached.
The Council explained that the initial guarantee is provided in the form of a certified check, a bank letter of guarantee, an insurance policy from a local financial institution, or in cash (or as stipulated in the tender documents), provided that it is valid throughout the period stipulated for the tender. The Council pointed out that institutions Very small, small and medium enterprises are given a 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, provided that these institutions submit in their bids submitted for the tender (small and medium enterprises classification certificate) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade And tourism.
The Balaj Aljazair project on the southwestern coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain is expected to create a major qualitative shift in the tourism scene, as the main master plan includes the construction of a number of luxury hotels, entertainment facilities, and high-end restaurant outlets, in addition to a group of high-level residential and commercial facilities.
