Calculating the fluctuation rate for “Anbeeb” stock based on the price of 12.20 riyals
On Wednesday 07/08/1446 AH corresponding to 01/08/2025 AD, the Extraordinary General Assembly of Arabian Pipe Company approved the division of the company’s shares.
Accordingly, the fluctuation rate for the company’s stock was calculated based on the price of 12.20 riyals for today, Thursday 07/09/1446 AH, corresponding to 01/09/2025 AD, and the existing orders were cancelled.
The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) will add the split shares to shareholders’ portfolios before the start of trading on Monday, 07/13/1446 AH, corresponding to 01/13/2025 AD.
Accordingly, the fluctuation rate for the company’s stock was calculated based on the price of 12.20 riyals for today, Thursday 07/09/1446 AH, corresponding to 01/09/2025 AD, and the existing orders were cancelled.
