3.1 billion riyals for the beneficiaries of the January batch

Today, the Citizen Account Program deposited 3.1 billion riyals, the January support allocation for beneficiaries whose applications were completed.
The number of beneficiaries who met the eligibility criteria in the eighty-sixth batch reached 10 million beneficiaries and followers.
The Director General of Communications for the Citizen Account Program, Abdullah Al-Hajri, said that the total amount paid by the program to beneficiaries since its launch is 229 billion riyals, including 2.6 billion riyals as compensation for previous payments.
He added that 73% of the beneficiaries received support in this batch, and the average support per family reached 1,476 riyals.
Al-Hajri pointed out that the number of heads of households benefiting from the program in this batch is more than 2 million heads of families, constituting 83%, and the number of dependents reached 7.5 million beneficiaries.
He stated that this payment comes after applying financial capacity standards to all beneficiaries and new applicants, in addition to activating field visits to verify the independence of independent individuals, in line with the approved Citizen Account Program controls to ensure that support reaches the most deserving groups.
