Al-Muammar signs an agreement with Aramco to supply technical information systems products
Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced the signing of a unified framework agreement today with Saudi Aramco to supply technical information systems (Cisco) products according to purchase orders after agreement between the two parties.
According to the company’s statement on Saudi Tadawul, the purchase orders are based on the agreement between the two parties based on the price list contained in the framework agreement.
It stated that the duration of the contract is 120 calendar months.
This agreement will have a positive financial impact on the company, and this will be reflected as of the date of receipt of the first purchase orders after agreement between the two parties (knowing that the orders received sequentially will be announced in a timely manner, including the periods in which they will be reflected).
