The Jordanian King congratulates Joseph Aoun on his election as President of Lebanon

Jordanian King Abdullah II affirmed that his country stands by Lebanon in preserving its security and stability and achieving prosperity for its people.

This came during a telephone call made by the Jordanian King today, Friday, with President Joseph Aoun. On the occasion of his election as President of the Lebanese Republic. 

King Abdullah II expressed – during the call – his wishes to President Aoun for success in serving Lebanon and its dear people… stressing Jordan’s keenness to strengthen fraternal relations and expand cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
