“Community Medical” signs a partnership contract to establish “Community Doctor” Company

The Leading Community Medical Company signed a partnership contract with Talal Saleh Bakr Qutb Medical Center Company to establish the Community Doctor Medical Care Company.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, this comes in implementation of the memorandum of understanding (non-binding) that was announced on December 17 last year.
The company said: The company is a limited liability company with a capital of 100,000 riyals, with 50% ownership by the leading community medical company and 50% by Talal Saleh Bakr Qutb Medical Center Company.
She added that the company, for the purpose of establishing and operating urgent medical care centers inside or outside the branches of community pharmacies and establishing, operating and managing medical complexes to provide medical services, will have its headquarters in the city of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
