المملكة: Today.. the implementation of the “Unified Support” project begins in all government schools

Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Education began implementing the “Unified Support” project in all of the Kingdom’s public schools. The project is characterized by unifying technical and administrative support channels in a comprehensive system that aims to simplify and facilitate the process of requesting services and following up on their implementation, which enhances transparency and effectiveness in providing support to various education sectors.
The new system focuses on adopting the best international practices and standards in providing services, while providing a comprehensive governance framework that covers all aspects of organization and decision-making.
The project aims to achieve an effective balance between service providers and beneficiaries, while improving interaction and information exchange through unified technologies that organize operations in an integrated manner.

Integrated support

The current phase of the project includes providing a set of basic services, including technical services that include support for technical devices, networks, e-mail, and storage and backup. Building services also include maintenance, cleaning, and air conditioning.
In addition, there are security and safety services inside and outside facilities and in cases of crises and disasters, in addition to common services that cover finance, budget, procurement, warehouse management, inventory control, document management and administrative communications.
Beneficiaries in all government schools can contact the Unified Support Center via the external number 8004388885 or the internal number 88885, or through the Unified Support Platform via the link USC.MOE.GOV.SA.
The project contributes to providing an integrated support experience that meets the needs of government schools effectively and efficiently, which enhances the development of the educational environment in the Kingdom.
