The Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemns the terrorist attack against the army in Benin

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemned the bloody terrorist attack that took place in Benin and targeted an army position in the north of the country, killing about twenty people and wounding a number of others.
< p>The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, described the attack as a cowardly and reprehensible act, calling for an end to these heinous acts, stressing the full solidarity of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation with the Benin authorities in their efforts to combat terrorism. The Secretary-General expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Benin, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
