An international star attacks the White House.. What is the story?

The video showed scenes of members of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Department, i.e. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), carrying out arrest operations, accompanied by the song “Bye” in a context that was considered propaganda for the procedures at the border.
Ariana Grande quickly broke her silence, expressing her categorical refusal to use her artistic work in this type of content, describing what happened as being related to “cruel and inhumane” practices, and also directed direct criticism of the adopted immigration policies.
After the interaction and criticism escalated on social media, the audio accompanying the video was deleted from the platform, in a move considered a retreat from publishing it in its previous form.
This incident comes within a series of previous objections by a number of artists to the use of their works in political or propaganda contexts, including Sabrina Carpenter and SZA, who also refused to link their music to immigration files in the United States.
