The President appoints Shaima Al-Awadhi as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Emiratisation to regulate and develop the labor market

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued a federal decree promoting Shaima Yousef Mohammed Al Awadhi, to the position of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to regulate and develop the labor market, with the rank of Undersecretary.

Shaima Al-Awadi held the position of Assistant Undersecretary for the Communication and International Relations Sector at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and Advisor to the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in addition to Director of the Human Resources Information System Department at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, and a number of different positions in the field of information systems. She holds a master’s degree in information security from Joseph Fourier University in France, and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the United Arab Emirates University.
