Ma’aden announces the latest developments in the third project to manufacture phosphate fertilizers

The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) announced the latest developments about the start of developing the third project to manufacture phosphate fertilizers.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia: It signed the contracts it mentioned in a statement on Tadawul on January 16, which included: general construction work in Ras Al-Khair by contracting with the branch of the China National Chemical Engineering Company at an approximate value of $325 million (equivalent to 1,220 million riyals). Approximately 22 months duration.
The contracts included: General construction works (SAP, PAP & OSBL) in Waad Al Shamal contracted with the branch of Sinopec Nanjing Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. at an approximate value of $363 million (equivalent to approximately 1,361 million riyals) and a duration of 18 months.

The contracts included: General construction work in Waad Al-Shamal contracted with Tikfin Construction and Installation Company Limited at an approximate value of $234 million (equivalent to approximately 877 million riyals) and a period of 18 months.
She added that all contracts do not have related parties, noting that the financial impact of these contracts is not clear to us and will be disclosed as soon as it becomes available.
