An increase of 60%.. 521 thousand commercial records issued last year

The Ministry of Commerce announced a growth in the issuance of commercial records by 60% during the year 2024 compared to the year 2023.
The total number of commercial records issued reached (521,969) commercial records, compared to (368,038) records issued in the year 2023 AD.

Commercial records

The issued records were distributed among institutions with (368,038) commercial records, and companies with (153,931) commercial records.
Commercial records included various economic activities, and the sectors: wholesale and retail trade, construction, accommodation and food services, and manufacturing industries topped the list of activities of issued records.
The total number of existing commercial records in all regions of the Kingdom reached (1,606,169) commercial records by the end of the year 2024 AD.
