America.. A winter storm brings 6 inches of snow to New York
A fast-moving winter storm is expected to sweep through the northeastern United States on Sunday, disrupting travel and causing extremely cold weather that will last until the start of the work week.
The storm threatens to drop up to 4 inches (10.2 centimeters) of snow in Washington, the site of the president’s inauguration ceremony tomorrow, Monday.
The expected cold temperatures have already forced the transfer of the swearing-in ceremony for the president-elect inside the Congress building, according to Bloomberg News Agency.
