“Al-Basin” is an intensive 25-day training camp that aims to test the programming skills of candidates, explore their inclinations and extent of commitment, and select talented people to join the academy’s program.
Those wishing to join the program can register via the academy’s website, as the registration process includes several stages that begin with completing the online game stage, which evaluates critical skills, logical analysis abilities, and memory. Then, candidates move to the login stage, which is an initial preparation session in which they learn about Applicants apply to the program, the education methodology adopted by the Academy, and the stages they must complete to succeed. They then begin the “Pisin” stage, which is the final evaluation stage through which those who successfully pass can join the Academy program.

Candidates who pass the final assessment program for student admission, “Al-Bisin,” will have the opportunity to benefit from the academy’s network of strategic partnerships, which includes a group of the most important institutions and companies from various sectors and specializations, including the Department of Government Empowerment – Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Police, Mubadala Investment Company “Mubadala,” and… Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Total Energy Company, Thales Group, Beacon Red Company, Electra Abu Dhabi Company, and the global technology system in Abu Dhabi – Hub71.

Dr. Ahmed Al Shuaibi, Acting CEO of 42 Academy Abu Dhabi, said that the Academy is committed to providing the new generation of innovators with the programming and artificial intelligence skills necessary to advance the digital transformation in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and contribute to strengthening its digital economy.

He explained that the academy provides students with direct career paths and opportunities for practical training on real projects through its strategic partnerships with a wide range of leading entities at the sector level. This contributes to developing students’ skills, facilitating their entry into the labor market, and consolidating Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading global center for technology and innovation.

He pointed out that the Academy will continue to work with its partners to build qualified cadres with the necessary skills for future sectors, and contribute to advancing the transformation towards a knowledge-based economy in the UAE.

The Academy allows its students who complete the foundation phase of the Academy four additional study units, in addition to 6 months of training, to obtain a certificate recognized by the National Qualifications Center in Software Development as equivalent to a diploma degree.

Since its launch, the academy has been able to attract and register 900 students, including 230 UAE nationals, which contributes to supporting Abu Dhabi’s efforts to create a diverse and comprehensive educational infrastructure that enables the next generation to lead the future.
