The strategy aims to establish a solid infrastructure that forms a flexible and scalable digital foundation, to achieve 100% adoption of sovereign cloud computing in various government operations and to automate and digitize them by 100%, as well as creating a unified digital platform for managing institutional resources, which contributes to simplifying operations and raising levels of productivity and efficiency. . As part of the “Artificial Intelligence for All” program within the strategy, the Abu Dhabi government invests in training and empowering the emirate’s citizens in the various uses of artificial intelligence, in addition to using more than 200 innovative artificial intelligence solutions in all government services, which strengthens the position of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as a global center for intelligence-supported innovation. The “Abu Dhabi Digital Government Strategy” is based on more than a decade of digital transformation, as Abu Dhabi advanced its path from e-government to smart government to digital government, and today it is moving towards a leading government in services supported by artificial intelligence for citizens, residents and companies across various sectors. The most prominent initiatives launched recently include the third generation of the government services platform, “Tamm 3.0,” and the “Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience,” which paves the way for the next generation of digital solutions and technologies, based on artificial intelligence, sustainable technology, cloud computing, and data analysis. The strategy is expected to contribute more than 24 billion dirhams to the gross domestic product of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi by 2027, which will also contribute to providing more than 5,000 job opportunities that support Emiratisation efforts.
