المملكة: A new amendment from the Board of Grievances regarding the “travel ban”

The Board of Grievances announced the amendment of its executive regulations for the implementation system, with the aim of updating some of the provisions contained therein in accordance with regulatory developments related to implementation procedures for the benefit of government agencies.
The amendment that was presented on the “Estalaa” platform included Article 5/17 related to the travel ban and the prohibition of dealings, where a specific time period was specified for the ban, with the possibility of issuing a new ban order after the expiration of the period.
Article 6/17, which stipulated the possibility of partial prohibition from dealing with the person against whom the person was executed, was also deleted.

The Board of Grievances called on all those interested to review the details of the amendment and participate in the survey, which will last for 15 days, starting tomorrow, January 22, 2025.
