"Pensions" It launches an initiative "Mobile Pensions Council"

Abu Dhabi, August 6/ WAM/ The General Authority for Pensions and Social Insurance announced the launch of the “Mobile Pensions Council” initiative, a field program designed to provide direct retirement services, legal consultations and awareness of retirement laws for insured individuals and employers.

The initiative comes from the authority’s role in serving the UAE community, and to consolidate the concepts of solidarity and integration that distinguish its services, in addition to its support for the values of societal interdependence and the creation of opportunities for sustainable growth among members of society in conjunction with the year 2025.
Hind Al -Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Pension Sector, stressed that the mobile pension council reflects the commitment of the authority to develop innovative social programs to serve the community, and to enhance cooperation between the authority and government agencies to provide sustainable joint initiatives that achieve a tangible positive impact on the lives of citizens, noting that the council is an effective tool for enhancing communication between the authority and society, pointing to the hosting of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the Mobile Pensions Council in the first His stations.

For his part, His Excellency Eng. Fahd Al Hammadi, the assistant undersecretary for the support services sector in the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, stressed the Ministry’s keenness to support all initiatives that contribute to strengthening government efforts to support the UAE community, pointing out that pension systems provide a set of insurance privileges that contribute to awareness from its official sources in enabling the insured to build retirement plans on a systematic basis that guarantee them safe and stable retirement.
He pointed out that these councils are a proactive step, as they directly reach the dealers in their workplaces, which is in line with the government’s continuous efforts to enhance the well -being of members of society, in order to achieve the goals of the general community at the level of strengthening ties between its institutions and its members, and the effective contribution to offering community and national initiatives that contribute to building and employing human capabilities to serve the development process.
The council’s mechanism is field visits to government and private agencies with the aim of reaching customers in their workplaces and facilitating their access to services without the need to visit service centers, providing support to update data immediately, providing legal consultations, and participating beneficiaries related to the authority’s laws and services.

The visits include specialized consulting and service cadres to respond to customer inquiries and the completion of their transactions and electronic devices to receive their inquiries, while this initiative is an interactive platform, which allows the authority to deliver its services and exchange knowledge with all the beneficiaries directly.
