The Moscow Stock Exchange index closed today, Saturday, with an increase of 21.84 points, or 0.75 percent.
It comes compared to the previous day’s close, reaching the level of 2947.94 points.

It rose by 1.60 percent, equivalent to 14.89 points, compared to the previous close, to end its trading at the level of 945.07 points.
Today, the Russian Central Bank set the exchange rate for major currencies during the period from January 25 to 27.

The US dollar exchange rate was reduced by 83 kopecks, compared to the previous day’s price, to reach 98.2636 rubles.
The official euro exchange rate was also reduced by 47 kopecks, to 103,187 rubles.
While the exchange rate of the Chinese yuan was reduced by 7 kopecks, to reach 13.5101 rubles.
