Switzerland’s victory, Denmark and Hungary in "Hand World Cup"

International capitals on January 25/ WAM/ The third round of the World Cup handball championships currently held in Denmark, Croatia and Norway started today with the participation of 32 teams.

The main round of the championship witnessed Switzerland’s victory over Italy 33-25, Denmark over the Czech Republic 28-22, and Hungary over Qatar 29-23, and the Netherlands tied with Austria 37-37.

As for the President’s Cup confrontations for the teams that did not qualify for the main round, Kuwait beat Algeria 38-31, and Poland over Guinea 40-28.
