المملكة: A professional license is a requirement for sending teachers to teach in 13 countries

The Ministry of Education revealed the start of receiving nomination applications to send teachers to teach abroad for the next academic year, within the framework of the external dispatch program, which aims to enhance educational and cultural cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries.
The Ministry explained that the program includes thirteen countries: Indonesia, China, Taiwan, India, Maldives, Australia, Ghana, Pakistan, Algeria, Djibouti, Morocco, Malaysia, and Bahrain.

Required specializations

The Ministry confirmed that the required majors include mathematics, Arabic language, computers, Islamic education, chemistry, physics, biology, English language, and social studies.
The Ministry stated that the details of the distribution of specializations by country were as follows: Indonesia specializes in mathematics, China and Taiwan specialize in Arabic language, India specializes in computer science, Maldives specializes in Arabic language, Australia specializes in Arabic language, Ghana specializes in Arabic language, Pakistan specializes in Islamic education and chemistry, Algeria. Majors in Mathematics, Chemistry, English, and Computers. China majors in Biology and English. Djibouti majors in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Computers, and English. Morocco majors in Chemistry. And social studies, Malaysia specializes in English language and computers, and Bahrain specializes in Arabic language, mathematics, chemistry, physics and English language.
The Ministry indicated that a number of conditions have been specified that candidates must meet, as the applicant must be a holder of educational positions, be medically fit, in addition to passing a cultural homogeneity assessment.

Candidate service

The Ministry also stressed the need for the candidate’s service in the field of education to be no less than six years of study, counted up to the date of Safar 14, 1446 AH, and that he must not have apologized for the delegation after the issuance of the decision and before starting work without a legitimate excuse.
The Ministry added that among the conditions are that the candidate must hold an academic qualification of no less than a bachelor’s degree in the subject of the required specialization, and that he must have a valid professional license at the level of advanced teacher or expert teacher. It also stressed that the candidate’s job performance rating must not be less than 96 during the last three years, and that he must be between 30 and 55 years old, and this is calculated until the beginning of the academic year 1446 AH. The Ministry explained that the applicant must be working in his specialty, and must not be on the staff of special education, or have previously received a foreign delegation or scholarship during the last three years, or worked outside the Kingdom within the delegation program.
Regarding the application deadline, the Ministry stated that the application window will open on Sunday, January 26, 2025 AD, and will continue until Tuesday, February 6, 2025 AD. The Ministry invited all teachers wishing to be nominated to visit its website to view the full details and conditions, stressing the need to adhere to the specified deadlines and complete all required documents.
