Hamdan bin Mohammed receives an invitation from the Prime Minister of India to visit his country next April

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received today an invitation from the state of Narindra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, to visit his country next April.

This came during the reception of His Highness today (Wednesday), His Excellency Dr. Supramamiam Jaishhankar, the Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs, where His Highness expressed his gratitude for the generous call, which comes within the framework of close and growing friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, welcomed His Excellency Dr. Jayishkarkar, stressing the depth of historical ties between the UAE and the Republic of India, which is a basic pillar that supports the growth and prosperity of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, and confirms its continuous positive development led by His Highness the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and the state of Narindra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, are towards the highest horizons that serve the interests of the two friendly peoples.

The meeting included discussing ways to enhance joint cooperation, with a focus on the main vital sectors related to comprehensive development plans in the two countries, foremost of which is the economic sector in the context of the “comprehensive economic partnership” between the UAE and India, including enhancing the levels of trade, tourism and investment exchange between the two sides. Also, a number of issues have been discussed in common concern and the most prominent developments on the regional and international arenas.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Muhammad bin Abdullah Al -Qarqawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, His Excellency Reem Bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation, and His Excellency Omar bin Sultan Al -Ulama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and remote work applications.
