The supervisory teams of the Ministry of Commerce seized Asian workers in violation, which took advantage of a break by converting it into an unlicensed “poultry farm”, and the chicken was filled in packages bearing fake names and brands.
The Ministry closed the headquarters located in the small torrent in Taif Governorate, in cooperation with the Taif Municipality and Preventive Security in the governorate, and referred the violating workers to the competent authority, to apply deterrent penalties against them according to the regulations.

The most prominent seizures

The seizures included about 90,000 packaging bags carrying fake names, 93 rolls bearing a printed future dates, and 90 chickens are ready for slaughter and packing, in addition to the tools used in cheating, and it was also evident that there is a cooler room for storage.

Combat commercial fraud

The Ministry of Commerce confirms the continuation of confronting the violators of the anti -commercial fraud system and completing the application of regular procedures against them, and the system provides for penalties up to three years in prison, and financial fines amounting to one million riyals or together.
And defamation of the violators after the issuance of judicial rulings in force from the competent courts, and the removal of the violating workers from the Kingdom and not allowing their return to work.
