Development projects and initiatives are concerned with contributing to building the capabilities of local communities in various fields, and providing training, consultative and qualifying support for cadres in many vital sectors.
Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen
The Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen presented a project to support livelihoods, in cooperation with the Small and Small Facilities Development Agency in Yemen; In support of the affected groups through innovative ways to restore rural living, and to enhance the steadfastness of local communities.
The project contributes to supporting food security sectors: agriculture, fish wealth and livestock, due to the importance of the most sensitive sectors of environmental and economic shocks, and the project aims to provide sustainable income sources and enhance local production; What opens new prospects for development in Yemen.
Development initiatives
The project of supporting livelihoods contributes to providing more than 13 thousand job opportunities for the beneficiaries of the project, as the development programs and initiatives presented by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen focus on contributing to capacity building and investing energies to improve daily life in building a promising future.
Development programs and initiatives come within 264 projects and initiatives, presented by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen in eight basic and vital sectors, namely: education, health, water, energy, transportation, agriculture and fish wealth, development and support for the capabilities of the Yemeni government, and development programs, in various Yemeni governorates.
