المملكة: New York .. The opening of the exhibition accompanying the presidency of the Kingdom is the International Committee for the Women’s Status

The Kingdom’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Al -Wasel in New York, an exhibition “From Vision to Reality: Empowering Women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” accompanying the Kingdom’s presidency of the Women’s Status Committee at the United Nations CSW69.
And in the presence of the head of the delegation of the Kingdom, the Secretary -General of the Family Affairs Council, Dr. Maymouna Al Khalil.
The exhibition held in the United Nations building in New York City, and continues until March 21, is to highlight the Kingdom’s efforts to support and empower Saudi women, in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and the most important achievements of the Kingdom in many areas of empowerment of women.
And it confirms that its empowerment is rooted in the fabric of Saudi society since the dawn of establishment in several areas, most notably education, health, work, entrepreneurship, international representation, volunteering, and charitable works.
As women have emerged greatly thanks to the efforts and support of the wise leadership.

3 main corners

The exhibition includes 3 main pillars that reflect the pride in the national identity, a corner that offers writing in the Arabic calligraphy of the exhibition’s pioneers, a corner that distributes gifts made in the hands of Saudi craftsmen, and a corner to display and present the finest types of dates and Saudi coffee.
The exhibition reflects the Kingdom’s firm commitment to empowering women and enhancing its role in the process of sustainable development locally and internationally, and embodies the remarkable progress made by the Kingdom in this file in recent years.
This comes in line with the Vision 2030, which aims to create a supportive environment that enhances women’s participation in various sectors and contributes to comprehensive development.
