Experts and specialists emphasized the importance of conscious leadership and its primary role in achieving personal and professional success, and consolidating a person’s sense of happiness and psychological and physical comfort, whether in the institution, company or home, noting that 90% of companies fail due to the lack of respect for their employees and recognition of their efforts. On conscious self -leadership, Dr. Eli Abi Rashid said: “To lead ourselves to success, we must discipline and control health, quality of life and fitness, because the discipline of the mind, body, commitment and consistency is the key to success that is achieved when a person turns these practices into a daily habit without the need to think In it, health, intellectual and physical balance, and a good sleep for a sufficient period and depth, allows a person the ability to think and communicate correctly with the people who depend on him, whether his family members or employees, and health is a real wealth.
For her part, Farah Kassab said: “The opportunity or the ability to meditate on self -reflection and self -depth affects leaders, and comes from a personal experience after meditation in internal values and goals, and when a person can serve himself, it will become clear to him how to serve others, and if we take the word conscious, It relates to awareness in the context in which a person is a leader, and relates to the type of the company in which he works, and seeing the correct way to serve his subordinates, in words and deeds and decision -making ».
For its part, Noha Nabil Buiti, Noha Nabil, confirmed that the launch of its brand in the UAE was the best decision it made, praising the great support and the incubating environment provided by the state, specifically during the period of the pandemic, which she did not find anywhere else. This came during a dialogue session entitled “Beyond influence: Building a commercial empire”, which was moderated by Atheer Ali bin Shukr, an expert in the development of the media.
Nabil explained that despite the global closure during the pandemic, she managed to end all procedures for licensing her commercial brand in Dubai from her home, and as soon as the crisis ended, she went to the Emirates, where she found an ideal environment to develop her project, thanks to the support of institutions and commercial centers that provided her with all the necessary facilities.
She added, “If we hear about the American dream, today the Emirati dream is competing with it strongly, as I found in the Emirates creative cadres and unlimited support for my project.” Noha Nabil reviewed her professional journey, noting that her passion for making content and media was the primary motivation behind her career, which started from childhood in the field of television presentation. Despite her studies of engineering in order to achieve her mother’s desire, her passion for the media led her to cooperate with global brands, as she discovered the opportunities inherent in combining her experience in engineering and her love to make content.
Nabil emphasized that the success of any trademark not only depends on the quality of the product, but also on a deep understanding of consumer behavior, noting that there are many international brands, but no one understands the local market like local marks. She added: “I wanted to present a trademark that reflects the Arab identity and meets the aspirations of Arab women, and this is what I embodied in” Noha Nabil Buiti “, where we are keen to highlight the Arab spirit and culture in our products.”
On the impact of social media, she indicated that its platforms include millions of followers, which gave her the opportunity to build a relationship of confidence with her fans, explaining that she depends on the opinions of followers on developing their products, as it lasted three years of preparations before the brand officially launched. She concluded her speech by referring to the challenges she faced on her entrepreneurial journey, including the financial problems faced by the company that would have been cooperating with, in addition to the Kofid-19 pandemic, which she did not derive from achieving her dream of establishing a brand competing at the global level, starting from the UAE.
