The Board of Trustees of the Zayed Humanitarian Foundation held its first meeting chaired by His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs and Chairman of the International Humanitarian Affairs Council and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Human Heritage Foundation.

The meeting discussed the new strategy of the Zayed Humanitarian Foundation, which includes 14 specialized entities in various humanitarian, charitable and developmental fields, especially the sectors of educational services, health care, environmental and agricultural sustainability, livestock, fungal life and living organisms.

The meeting touched on the development of institutional works and current strategic and operational plans according to the new vision unified to achieve the strategy of the institution and the targeted priorities that are coated with the requirements of the future stage, with a focus on innovation, initiative, joint services, financial sustainability, communication, strategic partnerships and the development of institutional capabilities through specialized training programs.
