The Egyptian Ministry of Interior revealed new details in the incident of the anchor, Sarah Khalifa, involved in the possession and trade of drugs.

In a statement, the ministry announced the arrest of the rest of the gang, in possession of a large amount of drugs, with a total financial value of 1.2 billion pounds.

The investigations had revealed that the anchor had a primary certificate only, and did not complete her education, and despite that she worked in the media field and presented several television programs in several satellite channels inside and outside Egypt. (Arabic)
