The acquisition of “Arena” contributes to enhancing the position of “cities” in the world of global events, as it will significantly increase its current capabilities and establish its presence in more than 10 countries in which Arena operates, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His Excellency Jassim Mohamed Bou hero Al -Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Modan Holding Group” said that the acquisition of “Arena” and adding it to the “Modan Holding” business portfolio is a pivotal strategic step that contributes to enhancing its global position, diversifying its portfolio and expanding its services in the field of global events and events.
