المملكة: The Kingdom is leading efforts to achieve stability in Syria

The Western media reported that the visit of the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmed Al -Shara, to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirms the Kingdom’s leadership efforts to achieve stability in Syria after the departure of the Bashar al -Assad regime.
The British newspaper “Financial Times” said that His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, received the Sharia in his office in Riyadh, where they discussed the developments of events in Syria, and ways to support the security and stability of Syria.
The newspaper added that the Sharia visit to the Kingdom indicates a shift in regional dynamics with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to embrace the new Syrian authorities in the hope of achieving stability in the torn state after the departure of Assad.

Syrian political alliances

The American newspaper “The New York Times” reported that the choice of Saudi Sharia as a destination for its first foreign trip reflects the transformations in the Syrian political alliances under the new leadership of the country.
The newspaper pointed to the support that the Kingdom has given to the new Syrian government, and its endeavor to lift Western and European sanctions on Syria.
The American newspaper said that Sharia indicated the importance of the relationship with the Kingdom, and he said in his first exclusive interview with the Arab media in the first December with Al -Arabiya: “Saudi Arabia has a major role in the future of Syria, and I am proud of everything it did to us,” recalling his childhood years that He spent it in Riyadh before his family returned to Syria.

Saudi Arabia’s support for Syria

German radio “Deutsche Welle” stated that the President of the Syrian Republic, Ahmed Al -Shara, arrived in Saudi Arabia, on Sunday, on his first international trip since the overthrow of the former Syrian regime in December.
The radio reported the Sharia statement after his meeting with His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman, that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is committed to supporting Syria in building its future.
Al -Shara said in a statement to Telegram: “We held a lengthy meeting that we felt and heard a real desire to support Syria in building its future.”

Ahmed Sharia’s visit to Saudi Arabia

“France 24” reported that the Syrian President arrived in Saudi Arabia, in his first international visit, confirming the Saudi commitment to support Syria in building its future.
The agency reported the Sharia statement in an interview with Saudi Arabia in late December, that the Kingdom “will definitely play an important role” in the future of Syria, highlighting a “great opportunity to invest.”
Al -Sharaa told the channel that he was born in Saudi Arabia, where his father was working, and that he spent the first seven years of his life there.
The agency quoted Saif Allam, the regional expert at the Al -Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies in Cairo, that Riyadh “plays a major role in reintegrating the new Syria into the Arab world and on the international scene.”

The British newspaper “The Guardian” said that His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman received the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmed Al -Shara, on Sunday, on his first foreign trip as a Syrian leader, in reference to the major transformations taking place in regional alliances.
The newspaper quoted Sharia in a written statement, that he discussed with His Highness the Crown Prince Humanitarian and Economic Cooperation, as well as “extensive future plans in the fields of energy, technology, education and health.”
The newspaper also reported the statement of the official Saudi Press Agency, which stated that the two sides discussed improving bilateral relations and regional developments.
The newspaper said that the kingdom played a leading role in supporting the new life in Syria, as it hosted the ministers of the new Syrians and defense in early January, and to meet with Syrian, Arab and Western officials later that month.

Syria’s security and stability

The American “Associated” agency said that His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman met the Syrian President in his office in Riyadh, where they held talks that dealt with “ways to support the security and stability of Syria.
The official Syrian news agency “SANA” quoted Sharia as saying that the two sides “pursued the level of communication and cooperation in all fields, especially humanity and economic.”
The agency pointed to the support that the Kingdom attaches to the new leadership in Syria, noting the visit by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan to Damascus in January, and said that Riyadh “actively participates in the dialogue” to lift sanctions on Syria.
