The “Colombia Executive Leadership” program aims to enable the affiliates with the best specialized skills, build the capabilities of government leaders to raise the level of performance and strengthen government administration, by developing their leadership and administrative skills, introducing them and sharing success stories and Emirati pioneering models, and ensuring the organization of cognitive visits to 8 leading government agencies And interviewing 16 Emirati experts.

The program includes 18 associates, including general managers and executive directors in the Colombian ministries and government agencies, which are supervised by experts and specialists from the government of the Emirates.

The UAE and Colombia launched a strategic partnership in government modernization in 2022, covering 9 axes of cooperation, including; Government performance, government excellence, government services, government capacity building, civil service, competitiveness and statistics, energy, programming, and youth.
