المملكة: 400 participants in the Saudi Technical Exhibition for Inventions and Innovations

The Applied Technical College of Boys in Riyadh will host the final qualifiers for the Saudi Technical Exhibition for Inventions and Innovations 2025, organized by the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, represented by the General Administration of Activities, on Tuesday and Wednesday 11-12 February 2025 AD, under the auspices of the Deputy Governor for Training and Chairman of the Representatives Committee Dr. Adel bin Hamad Al -Zunaidi.
The number of applicants in the talent and innovation platform for the competition reached 400 contestants and contestants, while 42 projects were chosen to participate in the final qualifiers from technical colleges, institutes, colleges of excellence, strategic partnership institutes, private schools and academies from various regions and governorates of the Kingdom.

Technical exhibition for inventions

The Director General of Activities, Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al -Duhalan, pointed out that the competition consists of 11 fields in communications, information technology, energy, health, industry, environmental pollutants, protection, climate, weather, natural disasters, agriculture, water, safety, food, transportation and service for people with special needs, and 15 prizes were allocated to the winners distributed equally between Gold, silver and bronze, in addition to special prizes from companies, and major prizes for the winners, and the priority for them will be for the participants in global innovation exhibitions.
The Dean of the Applied Technical College of Boys in Riyadh, Firas bin Ibrahim Al -Rashidi, explained that the final preparations for the exhibition and accompanying workshops have been completed, and the reception of participants and participants, stressing that the conditions of the competition were verified, which of which participation has a new creative idea that can be applied or developed for an existing idea, and to be Environmentally friendly and economical, and represents a personal effort for the participating team.
