“Ajman’s Finance” launches Hackathon Financial Innovation
Ajman, February 9 / WAM / The Finance Department in Ajman launched “Hakathaon Financial Innovation”, which is held from 10 to 13 February, within the activities of the “Emirates Citizen”, with the participation of representatives of government agencies, suppliers, dealers and community members, with the aim of developing innovative solutions that support Financial sustainability.
Hakathon includes brainstorming sessions to discuss financial challenges, such as recording revenues and expenses, contract procedures and purchases, and stimulating the use of “Ajman payment portfolio”, and university students also participate to offer innovative ideas that contribute to promoting promotion of digital financial services.
His Excellency Marwan Al Ali, Director General of the Finance Department in Ajman, stressed that this initiative reflects the department’s commitment to enhance innovation in the government financial sector, by developing modern mechanisms that contribute to improving the efficiency of financial work and enhancing the experience of customers, pointing to the importance of involving various sectors in finding sustainable solutions Supports development in the emirate.
He added that the department seeks, through this Hakathon, to build an interactive environment that enhances cooperation between the government and private sectors, and provides a platform for exchanging ideas and visions between experts and specialists in financial affairs, which contributes to developing more efficient and flexible financial policies, keeping pace with digital transformations and supports future directions for the emirate.
