Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination launches a localization initiative "The profession of special education teachers"

Abu Dhabi, February 9 / WAM / The Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination continues its efforts to develop the work sector in the field of determination to support this category by providing all the capabilities necessary to settle the specialized professions effectively, including the “profession of special education teachers”, in cooperation with the relevant authorities In the state.

In this context, the Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination supports the process of employment, education, training and rehabilitation for a number of male citizens looking for work through an integrated study program that will last for four consecutive years.

This initiative is one of the most important national initiatives supporting the efforts made by the UAE government in the settlement file, as it is a leading step to attract and attract citizen cadres in the field of special education, and to provide job opportunities for young citizens in unconventional sectors, outside the targeted sectors in the government’s strategic plan.

The Foundation revealed that it is currently about 161 special education teachers from citizens, stressing that there are future plans to raise this number in the future, by concluding partnerships and agreements with the relevant institutions in the country to teach and train citizens of citizens in the field of special education so that they are qualified In an integrated manner, as for the scholarship students, their number is now 30 male students on the seats of study in the specialty of special education, and the work for one of the scholarship students was carried out.

The United Arab Emirates, the government empowerment department in Abu Dhabi, and the National and Reserve Service Authority are considered one of the most important strategic partners of the Zayed High Foundation for people of determination.

According to the partnership relations concluded between the four authorities, the Emirates University selects and registrates students who have completed the national service, from the list of candidates submitted by the authority, who will enroll in the study program “a specialized special education teacher” according to the criteria set by the university in coordination with the Zayed High Foundation for the owners of determination, and the provision of reports A patrol of the authority, and the institution, and providing them with the plan of the academic program, to be in conformity with the institutions and requirements of the institution regarding the profession of a special education teacher.

The sub -specialization of the program students focuses on mental disabilities, unification, and multiple disabilities, and the university coordinates with the institution regarding field training for students in several locations, to gain various experiences, while the university provides rich and practical training for topics that are not included in the regular study program.

The government empowerment department in Abu Dhabi provides the university and the institution with the list of names of those who want and candidates, from citizens registered in the department’s database, to join the academic program, and the candidate is required to be registered with the department, in order to facilitate the process of choosing it within the group of students, and in line with its requirements.

The department continues the performance of the trainees throughout the training period, based on the monthly reports received from the university and the institution for the department, in addition to following up the procedures for signing employment contracts with the trainees after their graduation.

The department takes the total monthly rewards for students studying students throughout the study, which is four years, provided that the department will provide these costs to the university, and in coordination with it.

The Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination is committed to choosing students from job seekers and registered in the government empowerment department database, to join the program, according to the criteria set by the university, and for the requirements and need of the department, and in accordance with the institution’s needs, according to the geographical distribution of candidates’ housing sites, and the preparation and signing of contracts Training with students studying, who are chosen to join the academic program, provide the department with a picture of those contracts, follow up and supervise the performance of the trainees throughout the period of the training program, in addition to employing students during a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of their completion of the study program successfully, and providing the authority With their names after completing the service requirements.

The National Service Authority specializes in coordination with the rest of the parties regarding the identification of the targets of the names of those wishing to join the program who have completed the requirements of the service, and to exchange the necessary data with the university, the department and the institution regarding identifying those wishing to join them in the program, and the expected time periods for the end of the service at the fourth party, in addition to participating in educating the affiliates National service and encourage them to join the program.
