Buying land to create an educational complex for 27.9 million riyals

The National Education Company has announced the purchase of land in the northern Abar neighborhood of Jeddah, in order to invest in the establishment and operation of an educational complex of the National Education Company.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, this investment comes within the company’s strategy that aims to expand and grow a student base in order to achieve growth and returns that achieve the company’s strategy.
The company said: The plot of land is located in the northern Abar neighborhood of Jeddah, with a total area of (10,631 square meters), while the value of the deal is 27.9 million riyals, adding that the seller is: Abdullah bin Omar bin Qasim Al -Eisayi.
She added that financing the deal through a mixture of the company’s self -resources and banking facilities.
According to the company, the deal will contribute to the growth of revenues and returns during the coming years when the project is completed and operated.
