Senate Health: Increasing the minimum wage for the private sector contributes to promoting social justice

Representative Dr. Hussein Khudair, Chairman of the Senate Health Committee, praised the decision of the National Council for wages to raise the minimum wages in the private sector to 7,000 pounds from March 2025, saying: & laquo; comes to confirm the Egyptian state’s keenness to improve the living conditions of citizens and strengthen Social justice among workers in various sectors & raquo;

< P> The Chairman of the Senate Health Committee pointed out that the Egyptian state, led by President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, has paid great attention to improving the standard of living of citizens through a series of economic decisions and reforms that aimed at raising the minimum wage in the government sector, increasing pensions, and strengthening Social support programs such as & quot; Takaful and Dignity & quot; besides directing investments towards improving infrastructure and creating new job opportunities. Economic, and the state’s commitment to protecting the rights of workers in the private sector, is affirmed as an integral part of the national economy.
