The Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Abdullah Al -Sawah, confirmed that the largest success story in empowering women in the field of technology exceeds Europe and the Group of Twenty.
He added during the government press conference in the activities of Monday that the Kingdom is working to accelerate the pace of technical innovation by attracting international companies and building an advanced system in artificial intelligence and cloud and quantitative computing.

He pointed out that the future trend requires anticipating changes and strictly analyzing market trends, to ensure leadership and move to the smart era.
Al -Safah pointed out that Saudi Arabia, thanks to its ambitious investments in modern technologies, is moving steadily towards strengthening its position as a global center for digital innovation, stressing the importance of strategic partnerships in pushing the wheel of transformation to the smart era and achieving the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.

Ghulam project

The Minister reviewed the “Alam” project, which is the largest linguistic model for artificial intelligence in Arabic in partnership with Sadaya and IBM, noting the training of these models on huge data that reflects the deep understanding of the Arabic language and the various methods of use.
Al -Safah noted the support of His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Crown Prince, Prime Minister of the fields of digital transformation in the Kingdom and artificial intelligence, and the concerted government efforts in this regard.
