Somalia thwarts a terrorist attack by ISIS in Berri Governorate

Somali forces thwarted today, Tuesday, a terrorist attack launched by the terrorist organization (ISIS) on the military base of the forces in the mountains of Ali Mescad in Berri Governorate in the north of the country.

The officers who lead the military operation in Somalia – according to the Somali News Agency (Souna) – that the terrorist elements incurred heavy loss of lives while confronting the attack.

& nbsp;

was the Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, has called for accelerating the implementation of decisions issued by the Somali Council of Ministers in providing the necessary support to the forces and society in Puntland, who face this joint enemy.
